Family-owned and veteran-owned since 2008. Serving Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Manatee County for over fifteen years. Two showrooms, one local team. Manatee County Chamber of Commerce member. Authorized Timberlake & 1951 Cabinetry Dealer.
A Family-Owned Lakewood Ranch Cabinet Shop, Not a Franchise
Scott Applegate started Manatee River Kitchen and Bath in 2008. Fifteen years later, it’s still a family business: Scott runs the office, his son Andrew runs the field side, his son Owen and the team greet you in our showroom and is the same team that shows up to install your project.
This business grew almost entirely through word of mouth, and we’re only now starting to share our work beyond the customers who found us through a referral. We’re not the cheapest option, and we’re not the most expensive. We’re aiming to be the right team for the job, every time.

What Manatee County Homeowners Say
Here’s what homeowners across Manatee County have said about working with our team, from first consultation to final walkthrough.
Howard W
Jennifer and her team at Manatee River Kitchen & Bath were absolutely outstanding. We were in need of their services due to our house being flooded by Hurricane Debby in August of 2024. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were exceptional.
They listened carefully to what I wanted, offered smart design ideas, and delivered a finished space that exceeded every expectation. The quality of their work is top‑tier, and the entire experience was smooth, organized, and stress‑free. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Jennifer and her team to anyone looking for a beautiful, high‑quality remodel.

We had Scott and company replace our two bathroom, laundry and kitchen cabinetry. After install we added another section to master bath AND then had them build a wooden frame to support a large island piece in kitchen nook.
All came out perfectly and my wife and I could not be happier! Great price, we would highly recommend this company.
Tyler B
Scott and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. We met at 3PM and that same night I received the quote. The installation crew was very professional.
They left no mess and our laundry room looks amazing! Thank you Manatee River Kitchen and Bath!
